Shipping policy

Getting Ready

We take 1–3 business days to get an order ready — Monday to Friday, holidays aside. Order over a weekend or on a holiday and we get going the next business day.

Transit Time

Once it's with the carrier, roughly:

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
Express Shipping: 3–7 business days, where it's offered
International Shipping: 10–25 business days, shaped by where it's headed and how customs handles it

Cost

Checkout works it out from weight, size, and where it's going. Some orders and the odd promotion ship free.

Tracking

Once it ships, we email you a tracking number. Give it up to 48 hours to start moving.

Customs and Taxes

Sending abroad, any customs charge, import tax, or other fee your country adds is yours to cover. It's not in the product price or shipping, and the local courier usually collects at the door.

Lost or Damaged

If it goes missing or turns up in a state, give us a shout within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll chase it with the carrier.

Wrong Address

Double-check it at checkout. A parcel that goes astray on a wrong address is outside what we cover. Spot a slip within 12 hours of ordering and we'll try to fix it before it ships.
